We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lisa Eldridge Beauty purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused products in their original luxury packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
